IS BEST FOR ME?
If you know that you work best with an audience, ON LINE COACHING (OCs) is your best bet. Most clients who choose this option find the weekly accountability most helpful.
If you feel that constancy is your forte and you need a program to keep you juiced, or you have an injury you have to be mindful of and other online programs require you to find alternative movements, PERSONALIZED PROGRAMMING (PP) sounds like a fit.
I train all my OCs so that they will build such a vast wealth of knowledge, that in time, they theoretically won't need me and can always switch to PP.
do I need a gym, dumbbells, those stretchy band things?
We decided that together. Some clients have body weight only programs, others have light props so that they can keep up with their program while on the road. It all depends on your goals and lifestyle.
